Use the last three jobs, projects, or contracts you sold, delivered, and invoiced. Not the three you’re proudest of. Count everyone’s hours, not only yours. Rework hours are part of the total hours, not on top of them. Rework is any time something got redone, fixed, or re-sent after it was called done.
Where each deal landed
Fills in as you type. Delivery cost is labor at your real cost per hour plus the direct costs. The gap is the margin you assumed minus the margin you got.
This leaves out overhead (rent, software, admin, your own salary). That is deliberate. It is the margin on the delivery itself. Overhead is Issue 7.
